Spring Mill Field Trip Reminder
Next Thursday, April 22nd, is our trip to Spring Mill from 10 to 2. Please let us know if you can drive and help us. Everyone needs to bring a sack lunch and 2 cans of pop or juice. We do not go to the souvenir stand.

We will begin practicing graduation songs this month.
Kindergarten screening at Dollens is Thursday, April 15th. Please call the school (275-3885) to schedule an individual time for your child. For children tht will be attending other schools, contact that school for screening dates and to schedule a time for your child. Birth certificates are required at screening.
The Easter Party will be on Thursday April 1st. There are 18 people in the class. Will the following mothers please send a special snack for this: Addeline Ward, Brilynn Weilbaker, and Ashlyn Wever.

Valentine's Day Party Postponed & Book Orders Due
We're postponing the Valentine's Day Party from Thursday, February 11th to Tuesday, February 16th. This is whether or not there is school tomorrow. Following is the information about the party:
We will be having a Valentine’s Day Party and Card Exchange. We will be making Valentine Delivery Trucks for our valentine cards. Please do not put names on the valentine envelopes. Each child sends one to everyone in the class, but they just sign their name on the back of the card and leave the envelope blank. There are 18 people in the class. These may be brought from the 11th (maybe) and 16th.
Reminder: Will the following children’s mothers please send a special snack for our Valentine Party: Owen Shaff, Xavier Sullivan, Alexys Thralls, and Beth Wallbrown.

This month we are also working on a unit called “All About Me;” positions; writing their name; and learning to tie their shoes, and say addresses, phone numbers, and birthdays.

We made $287.50 from our fundraiser. Thank you to everyone who participated. Also thank you to Maria Terry, our coordinator.
We will be sending home advent chains on December 1st. The children should take off one candy cane each day starting at the bottom beginning on December 1st. When they take off the last one, the next day will be Christmas.
We are going Christmas Caroling on Thursday, December 10th, to the stores in Oolitic. We will need parents to help and drive.
Our Sleepover will be on Friday, December 4th. This is to give you an evening to shop or wrap presents. Older siblings are welcome to come to the Sleepover also. It will begin at 7:00 on Friday evening. We will be going Christmas caroling first. If you can help with this, please let us know. The children need to bring a sleeping bag or bed roll, pajamas, pillow, clothes for Saturday, and one favorite stuffed animal. Please put your child’s name on everything. Santa Claus will come around 9:00 pm to hear what the children want for Christmas. You will need to pick up your child by 10:00 Saturday morning. We will have breakfast here. There is a $10.00 charge for the Sleepover. Please let us know by December 1st if your child will be attending so we can plan for breakfast.

Thanksgiving Break and Cell Phone Number
Just a reminder: We will be closed for school and extended care this Thursday and Friday, November 26th and 27th. Preschool tuition will be $20 for the week, and the Tuesday/Thursday kids are welcome to come on Tuesday and Wednesday instead.

Fundraiser and Harvest Party Reminders
A couple of reminders:
· For both school and extended care: fundraiser forms and money are due this Wednesday, October 28th. All money due must be turned in at this time.
· For school: this Thursday, October 29th, we will be having our Harvest Party instead of a Halloween Party. The children need to come to class in costume dressed as something related to farming or autumn. Will the following children's mothers please send a special treat for our party: Cole Baker, Gavin Burrage, Larissa Carmichael, and Izabel Gilbert.
· For both school and extended care: fundraiser forms and money are due this Wednesday, October 28th. All money due must be turned in at this time.
