School Graduation & Extended Care Reminder

There will not be any class or extended care on this Thursday, May 12^th.  For students not graduating, cost for the week will be $24.  For students graduating it will be $36.

 

Graduation will be this Thursday, May 12^th at 6:30 p.m.  All the graduates need to be here at 6:15 to get ready.  Graduation will begin at 6:30 for parents, relatives, and friends.  It will be here at the preschool.  Graduation is only for the kids who will be attending kindergarten next year.  The children will be wearing caps and gowns.  Girls—please do not wear ponytails or anything on top of your head. 

 

We decided to have graduation outside this year, since it’s not supposed to rain and we have so many graduating.

May and Summer Notes for School and Extended Care

Please let us know soon if your child will be coming for daycare this summer.  We will be closed for Memorial Day, May 30^th, and for 2 weeks, July 4^th to 15^th, but open the rest of the summer. We will be learning about some Bible stories on some Thursdays from 9:00 to 1:00.  We will share more information later.

 

Rena will be tutoring children this summer.  This is for children going into kindergarten through Algebra.  If you are interested, please let us know.  We are trying to finalize that schedule.

 

If you have a child or know of someone who might be interested in school for next year, they need to let us know soon.  Registration is $100 and is due by July 1^st.  Tuition will be $39 per week next school year.

Week of April 26th to 28th -- Dinosaurs -- Pteranodon, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus Rex; and Review

Week of May 3rd to 5th -- Mother's Day, Stranger Danger, and the Environment

Week of May 10th to 12th -- Summer Birthdays, Baseball, End of School, the Environment, and Memorial Day

May 12th -- No Class or Daycare

April 2022 Newsletter

Week of March 29th to 31st -- W & X Week, Wild West, and Rain

Week of April 5th to 7th -- Y & Z Week, Yellowjackets, Zoo, and Spring

Week of April 12th to 14th -- Easter

April 14th -- Easter Party  and Egg Hunt

Week of April 19th to 21st -- Begin Dinosaurs Unit -- Brontosaurus, Allosaurus, and Stegosaurus; Spring; Earth Day; and Space

We are practicing graduation songs this month.

 

The Easter Party will be on Thursday, April 14^th.  There are currently 14 people in the class.  Will the following mothers please send a special snack:  Deakon and Dillon Nalley, Rosella Sims, and Lucas Stewart.

 

The last day of school will be on Wednesday, May 11^th, and graduation will be Thursday, May 12^th.

Coming up in May:
