Spring Mill Field Trip Reminder

Just a reminder:  Next Thursday, April 19^th, is our field trip to Spring Mill from 9:00 to 2:00.  Please let us know if you can drive and help us.  We need at least 2 adults to help and drive or we won’t be able to go.  Everyone needs to bring a sack lunch and 2 cans of pop or juice.  Kids need to bring a jacket and wear tennis shoes, not sandals or flip flops.  This is our only field trip.

March 2018 Newsletter

Week of March 6th to 8th--St. Patrick's Day and kindergarten evaluations

Week of March 13th to 15th--Spring Break--No class or daycare

Week of March 20th to 22nd--Q, R, & S Week; Queens; Rabbits; Sailboats; and Review

Week of April 27th to 29th--Easter and  April Fool's Day

April 29th--Easter Party

                                     

We will be closed the week of March 13^th.  There will be no school or daycare.

We will be evaluating the students that will be going to kindergarten next year beginning March 6^th.

If your child will be attending kindergarten next year, make sure and call their school to make an appointment for kindergarten screening on their school’s day.  Children must turn 5 on or before August 1^st.

The Easter Party will be on Thursday, March 29^th.  There are currently 16 people in the class.  Will the following mothers please send a special snack:  Eli Ryan, Alex Christian, Ryder & Finley Crane.

REMINDER:  If the North Lawrence schools are called off because of the weather, we will also be called off.  Also, if there is a two-hour delay, class will be from 10:00-1:00.  Daycare will still be open regular hours.

If we miss 1 school day because of weather, you still need to pay for that day.  If we miss 2 or 3 days any one week, you still pay for the 1 day that week.

Parents should call the school to make an appointment prior to the screening date. On the day of the screening, parents should bring the child, the child’s birth certificate and immunization records, and proof of custody (if applicable).

Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2018.
