Snack and Space Weeks Reminders

Please send a snack for July if you haven’t yet.  Send enough for 20 people.

We will be continuing our Space Unit on Tuesday and Thursday the next 2 weeks, July 14^th and 16^th and July 21^st and 23^rd.  Please have your children here by 9:00 those days and not leave until 12:00 or after.

Space Unit This Week & Closed Next Week

We’re moving the Space Unit to Wednesday and Thursday instead this week.  Kids need to be here by 9:00 each day.

Summer Note

Please let us know 24 hours ahead if your child is not going to be here when they were going to be originally.  If not, there will be a $2 charge per child per day.  This is especially important when we have our space days (June 16^th & 18^th, 23^rd & 25^th, July 14^th & 16^th, 21^st & 23^rd).

If your child is going to be here for the space days they need to be here by 9:00 and stay until 12:00.

Please send napkins (200 count).  Please send snacks for 20 children at the beginning of June and July.

Please send a fork or spoon if needed with your child’s lunch.

Summer 2015 Calendar and Rates

May 25^th--Memorial Day (Closed)

May 26^th--Start Summer Daycare

May 28^th--Last Day of School

June 16^th & 18^th--Space Unit

June 23^rd & 25^th--Space Unit

June 29^th—July 3^rd--Closed

July 14^th & 16^th--Space Unit

July 21^st & 23^rd--Space Unit

August 3^rd—7^th--Closed

August 13^th--First Day of School

August 18^th--First Day of Preschool

Space Units are on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 to 12:00.  Cost is $6 a session.

Daycare rates for this summer will be $1 an hour per child.  Please let us know in advance if your child will or will not be coming.  We might be going on some short trips.  We’re open 6:30—5:30.  Children need to bring a lunch and a drink.  We do not microwave.  Children also need to bring a blanket and pillow for rest time after lunch.

Rena will be tutoring starting at 9:00 a.m. except during the space unit.  Please let her know as soon as possible.
