Week of May 1st to 3rd--Dinosaurs (Pterandon, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus Rex)
Week of May 8th to 10th--Mother's Day and Strangers
May 8th--No school, yes daycare
Week of 15th to 17th--End of School, Summer, Baseball, and Memorial Day
May 17th--No school or daycare, Graduation at 7:00 p.m.
We will be continuing to practice graduation songs this month.
There will not be any class on Tuesday, May 8th. North Lawrence Schools are closed that day for the Primary Elections, so we are closed also. Cost for the week will be $20 for everyone. We will be open for daycare regular hours.
There will not be any class or extended care on Thursday, May 17th. For students not graduating, cost for the week will be $20. For students graduating it will be $30.
Graduation will be Thursday, May 17th at 7:00 p.m. All the graduates need to be here at 6:45 to get ready. Graduation will begin at 7:00 for parents, relatives, and friends. It will be here at the preschool. Graduation is only for the kids who will be attending kindergarten next year. The children will be wearing caps and gowns. Girls—please do not wear ponytails or anything on top of your head. Refreshments will follow the ceremony.
Rena will be tutoring children this summer. This is for children going into kindergarten through Algebra. If you are interested, please let us know. We are trying to finalize that schedule.
We have 4 or 5 spots remaining for next year’s class. If you have a child or know of someone who might be interested, they need to let us know soon. Registration is $80 and is due by June 29th. Tuition will be $32 per week next school year.
